About Ronnie Heath

Ronnie is the founder of Full Focus training and a highly motivating certified personal trainer. He has been passionate about fitness his entire life and possesses over 10 years of personal training experience. Ronnie's friendly and motivating attitude along with his unique and effective training styles make him the ideal trainer for any fitness goal.

In addition to Ronnie's lifelong love for fitness, he's also passionate about helping those in his community. He regularly hosts and sponsors community events to promote healthy living . He also created Full Focus Kids, an initiative aimed at helping youth achieve healthy lifestyles by training them in sports and other positive activities.

About Punisher Fred

Frederick, referred to as, "The Punisher" brings forth 22 years of experience; 10 years in personal training coupled with 12 years in martial arts. He specializes in a vast array of areas which include but are not limited to: strength and conditioning, kettle bell, resistance, cardio-kickboxing, boot-camp, abs, body sculpting and sports training. Fred's martial arts training and knowledge is based on his kickboxing foundation and an umbrella of various styles which include: Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Ninjitsu, Aikido and Grappling. All of this combined with the principles and concepts of Sanuces plus various Senseis that "The Punisher" has worked with render his self-defense training applicable for potential encounters against attackers in everyday life.

Frederick combines his ample knowledge and incorporates them into his cardio-kickboxing and boot-camp classes to offer clients high and low impact workouts along with muscle manipulation. These classes are offered three times a week and are best described as exciting and effective yet challenging. "The Punishers" workouts are always unique because he skillfully creates new and engaging workout routines that produce desired results. His creativity and passion for health and fitness in conjunction with his many years of experience distinguish him from the traditional trainers that you typically find in gyms. "The Punisher" is best known for his slogan, "MY PUNISHMENT IS YOUR GAIN!"

About Doug Macon

Doug, at the age of 9, was introduced to Hatha Yoga by his mom who taught him posture and breath control weekly, as an outlet to help with his ADHD. After years of practicing yoga, Doug found himself at the swedish institute for massage therapy where he developed a deeper love for yoga through anatomy and physiology. In 2011 he went on to pursue his 200hr teacher certification in Vinyasa flow yoga. With a focus on alignment and breath; doug safely brings his students to deeper levels of strength, flexibility and calmness with classes structured around the energetic, emotional and mental planes of the human experience. In addition to yoga; Doug is a certified reiki practitioner and licensed massage therapist.
